Squid/Koonthal is one of the main shellfish seafood fish and can be cooked in variety of ways. It is low in fat, high in protein and is internationally accepted. Squid is related to both Octopus and Cuttlefish. It is interesting to know that they have three hearts and have a very good eyesight and may even be able to see in color.
