Cancellations

• By customer - Any cancellations intended by the customer has to be made before the order if confirmed. Once the order is confirmed, cancellation requests cannot be honoured and refund will not be granted.
  **We reserve the right to cancel any orders if we suspect any fraudulent transaction by the customer or if we find any breach in the terms and conditions of use by the customer of this website.
• By Salmons - Salmons is entitled to cancel any orders at any time without having to reason the same. Salmons will definitely try to honour the order as much as possible unless for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, Salmons will intimate the customer about the cancellation and will refund the amount paid if any.

Returns and Refunds

• Products once sold are non-returnable.
• Defects if found in any of our products have to be intimated to us within 30 mins of receipt of the product. Salmons would then refund the amount paid if any. Salmons will also not be responsible for any damages with regards to this which is beyond the control of the company.
